OUR STORY
Where Curiosity Meets Creation
As a parent, I (Gabriel Singer!) spent nights worrying my kids were becoming “screen zombies” — consuming, not creating. I wanted them to build, to explore, to shout, “Look what I made!” But between soccer practice and grocery runs, pulling off those “magic learning moments” felt impossible. Where were the projects that blended fun with “Hey, that’s actually genius!”?
So in 2018, armed with a glue gun, a engineer husband, and three kids begging for “cool stuff to invent,” ToyCubby was born.
Our Mission: Turn “What If?” into “I DID IT!”
We’re here to give kids creative superpowers. Not just crafts or coding kits, but confidence to solve problems, think big, and say, “I can build a better world.” Because today’s cardboard robot is tomorrow’s Mars rover.
How We Do It
Our team—teachers, engineers, and even a NASA alum—designs each project to sneak STEM into playtime.
Every crate battles through The Innovation Factory, where real kids (and exhausted parents!) stress-test it for max fun + zero fluff.
1,000+ hours go into every box. Why? Because your 8-year-old deserves a catapult that actually launches.
More Than a Box—It’s a Movement Toy
Today, we’re a squad of dreamers, tinkerers, and parents who still can’t fold a fitted sheet. But we can deliver:
- Skills that stick: Critical thinking, grit, and giggles.
- Family bonding: Less “put that tablet down,” more “Let’s build this together!”
- A future of innovators: One spark at a time.
