ToyCubby offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. At this point you can't pick up your order yourself at our Shop because we providing only online ordersnow. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for major kitchen/laundry appliances and TVs over 43″.

Club membership crates ship for free anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. Monthly club crates can also be shipped to numerous international countries. Individual products from our website's Categories page currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

All active club memberships include free shipping to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. Monthly club crates can also be shipped to numerous international countries. Members also get free shipping in the U.S. on individual products purchased from the ToyCubby website. Customers who are not members get free shipping on our online individual products for orders of $100 or more for the U.S. and $145 CAD or more for Canada.
You can update a club's shipping address from your ToyCubby account. In your ToyCubby account click the “My Clubs” tab, then click “Manage” next to the appropriate club. From there you can click "Edit shipping address" under the Shipping section. Please note the following when updating a shipping address:
- Shipping addresses must be updated 10 days before the next shipment date shown on the edit subscription page to take effect for that shipment.
- If you have multiple clubs going to the same address, each club will need to be edited individually.
If you made a mistake on a shipping address for an order that you just placed, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.
Standard shipping is free for members shipping items to U.S. addresses. Customers who are not members can get free standard shipping from our online individual products on orders over $100 for U.S. addresses and $145 CAD for addresses in Canada.
We offer expedited shipping options for the first crate of a club and individual items on our website shipping to a U.S. address - these options will be available on the Shipping Information page during checkout. Options include:
- Free UPS Regular Shipping (3-30 business days)
- USPS Rush Shipping (2-25 business days)
- Club members shipping (Every month's first week)
We ship crates overseas using standard shipping.
If you haven't received a shipment:
- After a crate or order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email from system@xxxxx.com. You may need to check that these emails are not sent to your Spam folder. To learn more about receiving shipping notifications, click here.
- Please click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your package and see if there were any carrier issues or delays.
- You can also find your tracking link by logging into your ToyCubby account. For more details, click here.
- For US customers, you'll typically receive the shipping confirmation email 1-3 business days after placing your order and the delivery is typically 3-10 business days after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
- Our international shipping service provides optional door-to-door tracking for eligible countries. For more information on which countries are eligible for tracking, please see the international tracking table here. For all other international shipments, you can track your package to our international routing facility in Cypress, California. Once a package arrives in Cypress California please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Estimated total time from order to delivery is 10-19 days. Additional delays are possible due to customs.

Items that are for sale via pre-order are paid for in full at the time of purchase and will ship during the estimated pre-order shipping timeframe. If you’ve ordered a pre-order item as well as an item that is currently in stock, the in stock items will ship right away but the pre-order item will ship separately at a later date. This means you will have multiple tracking numbers for the available products and another for any pre-order items.
Similarly, backordered items are paid for in full at the time of purchase but will not ship until the estimated shipping timeframe listed on the product page. If you've ordered multiple items and one item is backordered, your other items will ship right away but the backordered item will not ship until the estimated shipping timeframe and you will have more than one tracking number for the order.
